Refund policy
While some items may be eligible for exchange, we do not accept returns.
Please Note: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please see "Exceptions".
Within Canada: We have a 7-day exchange policy, (Excludes custom printed items - please see exceptions section below) which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Outside Canada: Due to customs, duties and brokerage fees, all sales are final.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at impressionscustomtshirts@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Please note: Any shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Custom printed items cannot be returned.
Footwear, Socks, Underwear and Bathing Suits are all final sale
